FAQ
Quick answers.
What is RealMetrix?
RealMetrix is a platform for realtors and brokerages. It combines a branded website, local market data, market reports, lead tracking by channel and post, and a CRM to follow up with clients, all in one workspace.
Is it for individual realtors or only brokerages?
Both. A realtor gets a personal page, their own share links and their own CRM. A brokerage gets a company website, a Share desk for the team, and results for every agent.
How do I see which agent, channel or post brought a lead?
Every link shared from the Share desk is tagged with who shared it and where it was shared. Visits and form submissions are counted against that tag, so the Results page shows leads by sharer, platform and post.
What does the CRM do?
Every lead is saved as a contact with its channel, post and agent. You can set follow-up reminders, draft emails, and move each contact from new lead to client.
What local market data is included?
Prices, supply, sales pace, sale price against asking price, neighbourhood pages and ward pages. The numbers on this page are sample data used to show how the product looks.
How does the website help with SEO?
Each website gets its own sitemap, page titles and descriptions, structured data for the brokerage, agents, areas and market articles, and dedicated pages for areas, wards and agents that search engines can index.
What is GEO, and how does RealMetrix support it?
GEO means generative engine optimization: making your content easy for AI assistants and AI search answers to read and quote. Area, ward and market pages state the answer first, carry dates, and describe the realtor or brokerage with structured data.
How do I see a demo and get started?
